Upon shipment, you should receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received it or have misplaced it, please contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll provide the tracking information for you. Reasons You Can Return a Product

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your zipper has a defect in material or workmanship.

  • Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged during delivery.

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that doesn’t match your original specifications.

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these steps:

1 – Contact Us:
Get in touch with our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email or phone.

2 – Provide Information:
Have your order number, a brief description of the issue, and product photos ready.

3 – Receive RMA:
We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with detailed shipping instructions.
Please do not return products without an RMA number.

Important Notes:

  • Custom Orders: Due to their specialized nature, custom-manufactured products are not eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during shipping.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Your customer support specialist will provide full details.
